June's mower gave up halfway through the front yard. She asks for help by typing in one sentence, like she'd text a friend. Ripls pulls out the details and infers what she needs, and she's free to edit it before posting. She shares it to her Cedar Court neighbors and also texts the link to Theo, her next-door neighbor.

Theo hasn't used Ripls before. He opens the texted link in his browser, taps to offer help, and confirms his phone number. He adds his mower by snapping a photo — a line of text or a link works too — and offers it to June. It's now in his library for future loans.
June, the requester
June is notified and sees Theo's mower on her request. She accepts, and Theo sees that she's taking him up on it. The back-and-forth stays on the request rather than in the neighborhood WhatsApp.

Saturday: June comes around for the mower, and either of them marks it handed off. That closes the request and starts the loan.
